WebStrix has already been mentioned, so I'll throw in Sylph (who can get it through racial feats) and Wyvaran, which are sort of like winged Kobolds. Sylphs have a ratial feat which grants a fly speed, but you need to be level 9 and it has a feat tax. Kobolds have a chain of feats to gain fly speed. There are a ton of class options to fly.
