WebMy card arrived a few days after my passport. My passport was sent out on 1/10 and was delivered on 1/12 (expedited return shipping). My card arrived on the 15th. It didn't have a post mark so not sure the day it was sent out. Since it was mailed first class I'd guess by the time it took it was sent within a day of when they sent the passport book.
