Web14 jul. 2014 · Now when it died, it won't turn back on. It is stuck on the battery charging screen. When I try to turn it on it flashes and goes back to the charging screen. It has been plugged in for now an hour. Yes I have tried to do a hard reset and no it does not work. Yes I have tried different chargers and different ports and plug-ins.
